Name, Image, Likeness (NIL)

The NCAA has adopted this very permissive legislation, but has not offered stringent regulations and in most cases, defers to state laws and high school association rules.

Assistance in navigating through the many nuances of regulations which now permit high school and intercollegiate athletes to monetize their name, image, and likeness.

Eugene Marshall

Eugene Marshall

Director of Athletics at Hampton University. He is the Chief Athletic Officer responsible for day-to-day management, administration, and operation of their 17 athletic programs, 350 student athletes, 80 employees and 6 athletic facilities. He also initiated a formalized budgeting approval process that will provide more transparency and accountability for the budgeting operations in the department.

Eugene developed a strategy plan that was created so they could receive NCAA Accelerated Academic Support grant for the enhancement and improvement for their student athletes academic performance.

Lyle Adams

Lyle Adams

After having a Professional soccer career, Lyle transitioned into the tech industry and become one of the first 100 employees at Uber. This is where he was designing platforms and tools for consumers data.

Lyle founded Spry in 2020. Spry is a software platform designed to help Collegiate Athletic Departments adapt to the new name, image, and likeness (NIL) landscape, ensuring their program and student-athletes’ success.

Abigail Witczak

Abigail Witczak

Abby Witczak joined the athletics department at Iona College in the fall of 2021. Witczak joined the Iona staff after serving as the Director of Compliance for 1.5 years at United States Military Academy. During her time at the United States Military Academy Witczak worked with all 26 varsity sports supporting 1,000 cadet-athletes, coaches, and staff.

Witczak assisted with all aspects of NCAA rules compliance for Army’s athletics programs, working extensively in rules education, process efficiency, policy enforcement and the monitoring of the student-athletes, coaches, and staff.

The NHSCA is the conduit to being the best high school coach possible or assisting in exploring a new professional challenge in athletics.

Will be of great assistance for not only professional growth, but for the welfare of the students you interact with every day.

Linda is an account executive for Fastlane, and also the founder of Bruno Sports Enterprises. She served as commissioner of the Atlantic 10 Conference for 14 years and as an associate commissioner of the Big East Conference for 12.

Bobby is the Executive Director for the NHSCA since 2008 and was promote to CEO in 2017. He has coaching experiences in all levels.

Ferraro had worked in the retail industry for the Sheetz family as a category manager and prior to that for RaceTrac Petroleum as a special projects manager, marketing manager and personnel manager over consecutive years.
